Interesting article, but I remember seeing a different one that points to a spot between the frontal sinus and the nasal concha as the receptor site for Ketamine. My own personal experience: aim for whatever makes your brain say *ooof, that's the spot! *

Chronic stress seems to be mitigated in mouse models. I can absolutely attest that my stress level after a good session is greatly reduced. It's like my energy bucket is full again.

Fighting alcoholism with Ketamine. I can attest to my decreased desire to drink. I've lost quite a bit more weight without the need to get buzzed every night.
