Personal dosing tidbits

Every session is different, be patient with yourself, and your body.

I plug my nose after each squirt, for a minute or two, keeps it up there.

Then, I breathe, very slowly, in through my nose, and out through my mouth.

This causes evaporation, and by blowing out your mouth, you are not re-hydrating your snot/mucus.

The angle of the nasal spray makes a big difference.

You're aiming for a spot, in your nose, that is very close to the body/brain barrier.

You're tricking your body into accepting drugs straight into your brain's blood stream, which bypasses a shit ton of protective measures evolution has built for us to not kill ourselves with chemicals.

I remember seeing an article one that points to a spot between the frontal sinus and the Nasal Concha as the receptor site for Ketamine.

My own personal experience: aim for whatever makes your brain say *ooof, that's the spot!*

The nose spray bottle should be straight up and down in relation to your head, and aim for the very top of the bridge of your nose, between your eyeballs, just inside your skin. You'll know it when it hits.

I read that your body completely replaces your mucus every 15 minutes.

Mucus is designed to trap particles, and keep them AWAY from your body.

I feel from experience, that this accelerates when you are shoving stuff up your nose. Your body knows.

So, basically, any Ketamine that gets up there has been diluted by at least 50% within 15 minutes.

Blow your nose to get rid of most of that new mucus, and the Ketamine will go straight to the tissue desired.

Make every effort to NOT swallow any Ketamine mucus. I personally get nauseous, and it's quite difficult to walk to the bathroom.

Now that I have enough Ketamine, I'm not concerned with wasting it, and that reduces stress.
