I put in wireless headphones while I dose myself, and listen to Michael Sealey. The YouTube app shuts itself off when it's done, no ads to disrupt your trip.

It helps to ground me to therapy instead of tripping out.

Ketamine makes me nauseous, if it gets to my stomach.

Like a lot, so I expend a lot of effort to not swallow it. I've figured out a few different ways to position my body to reduce the chance of it entering my stomach.

First dose of the night:

I dose, laying down, then lay on my side.

I then raise the free arm and point to the ceiling, to get the right alignment, yoga style.

One nostril is now vertically below the other.

Then I tilt the top of my head down, so when it starts really pooling, gravity will keep it there, and not going down my throat.

This causes everything to flow to that nostril.

Yoga flip, wait.

Then Yoga flip until they are matched, blow my nose, and dose again.

Current favorite:

I lay in bed with my legs out in front of me, with my sex wedge behind me, so I can lay back when I'm ready.

I then lean over as far forward as I can, knees out to either side, hands in the middle, feet touching each other.

Good one:

I bought a massage chair face addon, and have it zip tied to my Purple mattress frame. It is very comfy, and allows me to lay prone, and still access my nose.
